Privacy Policy — Fixorazim

1. What We Collect

Account and profile details you give us.
Bookings, messages, photos, reviews and support requests.
Payment records needed to complete a payment. We do not store card numbers or wallet PINs.
Provider verification: national ID number (stored encrypted), ID document images, and a face and liveness check carried out by our verification partner.
Device, location (if you allow) and usage data needed to run the app.

2. Why We Use It

To run the marketplace, bookings and payments.
To verify users and prevent fraud and abuse (with your consent for ID and face data).
To meet legal duties.
To send service messages and, if you allow, promotions.
To improve the app.

Automated checks may flag accounts or payments. You can ask for a person to review any such decision.

3. Who We Share It With

The customer or provider you deal with, as needed for the booking.
Trusted partners who help us run the service.
Authorities, where the law requires.

We do not sell your personal data. Some partners process data outside Zimbabwe, including in the United Kingdom, South Africa, the United States and the European Union, with the safeguards the law requires.

4. How Long We Keep It

We keep your data while your account is open and for as long as the law or the service requires after that. You can ask to delete your account in settings. Some public content, such as reviews, may remain without your name.

5. Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, get a copy of it, object to or restrict its use, withdraw consent and opt out of promotions. Use the in-app settings. You may also complain to the relevant authorities.

6. Security

Your data is kept safely. If a breach puts your data at risk, we will notify you as the law requires.

7. Google Sign-In

If you sign in with Google, we receive only your name, email address and profile photo, and use them only for your account.

8. Children

Fixorazim is for people aged 18 and over. We delete any data we learn was provided by a child.

9. Changes

We will tell you in the app about material changes to this policy.
